Refund Eligibility

1. Refunds may be considered if:

• Services have not yet started
• Payment was made in error

Requests must be submitted in writing to webgosetup@gmail.com within 7 days of payment.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once service work has started, including document preparation or submission to third parties, fees are non-refundable.

3. Third-Party Fees

Fees paid to government bodies, free zones, banks, or external service providers are non-refundable once paid.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

5. Final Decision

All refund decisions are made based on the scope of work completed.
