Yes Definitely. In order to carry out the process, you will be required to provide an NOC from your sponsor and/or employer.
Yes you can apply for a freelancer residency while Outside of the UAE. You however require to enter the UAE within 60 Days of the visa Issuance to complete the procedure to have it stamped in your passport. Failure to enter within 60 days may results in a forfeiting of the Visa, and the application will need to be reapplied bearing the entire cost once again.
If your visa is currently, in the process of canceling, you will be required to provide us with your visa cancellation paper supported by the necessary documents in order to start your process of obtaining a freelancing visa with us.
